Every element working together.

I believe good design is about getting the essentials right. The right type, colours, imagery, words, and little details can change how a business feels and how people connect with it. I bring those pieces together into a visual system that feels cohesive without feeling overly polished or cookie-cutter, and gives you a solid foundation to build from.

"Working with Gillian was wonderful from start to finish. She was highly responsive, attentive to my vision even when I was struggling to articulate it, and absolutely committed to creating a logo that I truly loved. She offered an abundance of beautiful ideas and brought everything together with immense creativity and skill. I would be thrilled to work with her again."

“Gillian is a gifted designer who understands nuance. She has an incredible ability to find the creative solution that nods to a theme while still making a bold statement exactly where it's needed. This balance brings real depth to her work. She listens closely, communicates openly and builds a collaborative, inclusive experience from start to finish. Her clients' success is clearly personal to her. Beyond creating my logo and entire brand kit for Blackbird HR, she helped refine my ideas into the true voice of my brand. The result is a brand identity that feels completely authentic, cohesive and resonant. I'm launching my business feeling confident and proud of how it looks and sounds, and that's entirely because of the work Gillian put into it. I can't recommend her enough.”

—Hilary, Blackbird HR
"Gillian is amazing to work with. She has a way of immediately understanding my vision and making me feel like we're completely on the same page. She takes my rough ideas and turns them into something refined, professional and genuinely gorgeous , while still making it feel completely me."

All in all - the finished result completely exceeded my expectation and I cannot recommend her enough. Plus, she is lovely and made the process fun! I'm already excited about ways that I can work with her in the future!"
